Our Center & Activities
The entire centre is divided into three major groups – The Therapy Center, Education & Training, and the Academy of Excellence. The goal is to make each student reach the maximum of their potential physically, mentally, academically and at the same time polishing them in all co-curricular activities like sports, performing arts, crafts, computers, etc
Our Therapy
All necessary therapies are provided under one roof at subsidized rates at our therapy centre. It is a state of the art centre, with all the necessary equipment, which is being updated every year.

A team of professionals consisting of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and Psychologists do an initial assessment
of each new admission and accordingly the therapy plan is prepared.
Academy of Excellence
With a goal to provide a platform for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (IIDs) to explore and polish their abilities in Dance, Music, Art & Craft, Sports and Computers, a privatised centre was started. It is open for IIDs of Baroda of all age groups and gives a platform for them to learn at their own pace and compete in different district, state and national level competitions.
Latest News & Events
Spandan has been striving to provide a platform for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (IIDs) of Baroda to showcase their talent, boost their morale and simultaneously create awareness for decades.
Three perennial events are conducted exclusively for IIDs namely Open Baroda Talent Competition, Open Baroda Garba Competition and Annual Day of Spandan. Apart from that, all festivals are celebrated on the premises and different activities and training are held on a weekly and monthly basis.
